I had trouble finding a boarding pass because I had an hour between Flights and American did not see my flight I believe because I was ticketed through KAYAK. I paid extra to have more legroom and it is definitely worth it for a six hour flight. I would’ve paid for a decent dinner, but they didn’t offer anything but a snack box —not good for six hours. Three out of five surrounding my family did not work. The seats and spaces under them were so small I could not fit my backpack, which I’ve always brought on flights and fit before no problem. You can fly in Economy and Business Class. Premium Economy and First Class are not available on this route (at least not as a non-stop flight). Food was icecold or frozen including breakfast.

Only thing that could have been better was to have cranberry juice. Women like this as it helps avoid UTI’s and not as sweet as other juices. Sort of wasted our first day of vacation. The pilot claimed an internal issue then an external equipment issue that needed to be adddressed.
The only feed back I can give that they don't do that American Airlines does is the crew there is more humorous with boarding and thank their passengers. It makes it more fun to fly with them. After 45 minuites we were allowed on the plane. The first plane had mechanical issues. The 2nd plane must have had bathroom issues because we did not have any food service whatsoever. That made for a long time not to have anything considering that we had just made it to the original gate and we had no time to stop to get food or a drink. Had we been told that the total time would have been aprox 45 min later we would have left to get food and a beverage.
